Una carta de agradecimiento a patrocinadores es una nota que se envía como gesto de amabilidad por patrocinios recibidos ya sea por parte de una empresa, entidad o una persona. Cualquiera que sea el caso te mostraré un ejemplo de este tipo de carta.

Mi nombre es Raúl Valderrama, encargado del grupo estudiantil del colegio San Roque que estará participando en el evento de las Competencias científicas estudiantil en Sao Paulo, Brasil representando a nuestro País; Colombia.

El motivo de esta carta es para expresarles el agradecimiento de mi parte y todo el equipo de estudiantes, por su valiosita aportación que hará posible nuestra participación en dicho evento.

Hemos recibido de su parte patrocinio de los boletos de avión que nos llevará  a Brasil, algo que es una gran ayuda, ya que la mayoría de los estudiantes no tienen los recursos para costear dichos boletos.

Reiterando nuestra gratitud, les felicito por el hermoso gesto en pro de la educación. Sin más que decir

¿Cómo hacer una carta de agradecimiento por patrocinio?

Escribir esta carta es sumamente fácil. En cuanto al contenido o cuerpo de la carta, el primer párrafo puedes utilizarlo para identificarte a ti o al grupo que envía la carta. En el mismo o siguiente párrafo utilízalo para describir el patrocinio que has recibido de parte del destinatario de la carta.

El ultimo párrafo ya lo puedes utilizar para expresar toda la ayuda que representa el patrocinio que has recibido. Sin ser tan detallado pero claro en lo que escribes, puedes cerrar la carta felicitando a la persona o empresa destinataria por su labor filantropita. 

El lenguaje que debes usar es no formal ya que más que una carta se trata de una nota que haces como detalle de gratitud.
